Start with the question that makes you stop.

There is no right order. Sometimes the question you want to avoid is the one worth spending time with.

  1. Where are you now?

What is actually going on? What is taking more of your attention than you would like?

  2. What matters?

What feels important underneath the noise?

  3. Where are you heading?

If things carried on as they are, where would they take you?

  4. Where are the gaps?

What does not quite match between what matters to you and what is happening now?

  5. What needs to change?

    What now deserves your attention?

  6. What happens next?

What is one useful next move?

Keep your answers for yourself.
