The public information pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. There are no tracking pixels or embedded social-media feeds.
The public enquiry forms use a hidden spam-check field and a basic timing check. They do not need a dedicated form-session cookie to operate. Your message is sent to Hegarty House when you submit the form, and it is not used to add you to a marketing list.
Other services linked from this website may use their own essential cookies. You can read their notices when you choose to use those services.
Our video and images are hosted with this website rather than loaded through a third-party video or advertising player. Sound does not play automatically.
The House
The authenticated area at client.hegartyhouse.co.uk uses Clerk for secure identity and session management. Clerk sets or uses strictly necessary cookies and related browser storage so that you can sign in, remain signed in securely, recover your account and protect the service against abuse. These are not used by Hegarty House for advertising.
The House itself does not add analytics or advertising cookies in this beta. Profile preferences such as Incognito/Discoverable and light/dark appearance are stored with your House account rather than used for advertising or behavioural profiling.
Other services
Booking and application links can take you to Acuity Scheduling and other services. Those services have their own cookies and privacy information. Following a link is different from loading an embedded service while you are on this website.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. If a form is difficult to use, email hello@hegartyhouse.co.uk instead.
Any future use of non-essential tracking must be reflected in this notice and the appropriate controls before it is switched on.
