Accessibility & help

We want you to be able to use this website in the way that works for you.

We are reviewing our websites against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is our working target, not a claim that every page has passed a complete accessibility audit.

Something getting in your way?

Email hello@hegartyhouse.co.uk. Tell us which page or task is causing difficulty, and what would help. You do not need to tell us your diagnosis or provide medical information.

You can ask for information in a different format or arrange an alternative way to enquire. We will discuss what is useful and practicable with you. There is no newsletter signup attached to an accessibility request.

What we have checked

Our September 2026 source review covered the Hegarty House main site, Sean Hegarty main site, the refreshed contact-sharing page, and saved versions of the Teams and Notes pages. We inspected headings, labels, image alternatives, browser accessibility information, contrast, keyboard interactions, and small-screen and enlarged-text layouts.

The latest source update strengthens field boundaries and focus indicators, adds clearer form guidance and selected page headings, and keeps email as an alternative to using a form. Decorative images are intentionally silent where they add no information.

These are local source and browser checks. They are not an independent accreditation or a complete live-site screen-reader test.

What still needs attention

  • Live task testing with VoiceOver, TalkBack and NVDA, and testing with people who use assistive technology, is still to be completed.
  • Real-device zoom, high-contrast settings and the complete route through external booking, payment, Amazon and UW pages still need verification. Those services are not certified by our source review.
  • The separate Foundations and Personal Coaching sites have not yet been fully assessed. The Teams and Notes updates in this release are based on the latest saved source packages. Their live deployed versions still need regression checking before those destinations are treated as fully verified.
  • The seanhegarty.uk/hello/ form now preserves entered details after a server-side validation or sending error, with linked error guidance and email as an alternative. Live regression testing is still required after upload.

Keeping this information useful
