You do not need to give us a diagnosis, medical evidence or a long explanation. Tell us what material you need, what format or adjustment works for you, and how you would like us to supply it.

Routine alternatives can include larger print at your preferred size, accessible Word or PDF, plain-text email, HTML/web content, audio or Easy Read where appropriate. Braille and other specialist formats may need an external production route, so we will confirm what is possible and the timescale rather than promise a service we have not yet evidenced.

Our accessibility standard
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA across public digital work and follow recognised UK clear-print practice for authored materials. Our public digital body text defaults to 18px with generous line spacing. We design for keyboard use, zoom, reflow, reduced motion and user-controlled text spacing.
We continue to test and improve the live estate. This is a working accessibility standard, not a claim that every external service or every page has received independent certification.
Remembering a preference
If you are a client or participant, you can ask us to remember a communication or accessibility preference with your consent so you do not have to repeat it each time. We will use that preference only for the purpose you have asked us to.
